Successful e-Discovery and Other Support Strategies for the Next Litigation Battlegrounds

Commercial lawsuits are occurring in record numbers, at the same time as legal departments are trying to control the cost of litigation. The Global Outsourcing Association of Lawyers (GOAL) is organizing a conference designed for in-house and private practice litigators to share advice and strategies regarding the best e-discovery strategies in complex litigation matters.
