40 to 60 mins Panel Discussion is a unique way of throwing light on a pre-defined topic where a panel of experts shares their views in Q&A format. This turns out to be a very conversational session and helps engaging audience by asking open/close ended questions. Average speaking time in panel discussion is about 15 mins.

Q: What is the Speaking Opportunity in the Exclusive Case Study Presentation?

20 mins Exclusive Case Study presentation is an exclusive opportunity available to only your organization. It takes place in between the panel discussions as part of conference program. Q: Who will be my co-speakers in Panel Discussion if I opt in?

All panel discussions usually invite speakers from different background and with varied experiences from In-House Law/IP Dept, Law Firm & Service Provider to get 360° views on the panel topic. We connect all the panel speakers in advance of the conference by email so they can plan their session well.

Q: Can I bring a colleague with me to speak in a Panel Discussion?

Based on your sponsorship package, you avail either 01 or more speaking opportunities in the panel discussion. For your information, if you want to buy 02 speakership opportunities, better opt for Case Study Presentation speaking opportunity as per the sponsorship plan. Q: Do I need to prepare a power point presentation for Case Study Presentation?

This is absolutely based on your objectives of making presentation to the selected group of participants in our conference. We recommend a combination of power point presentation and Q&A format. The participants, if engaged well enjoy the session more!

Q: In regard with your speaking opportunities, what is the time for Q&A?

We always appreciate questions from participants and their respective solutions from speakers/experts at the end of each session. However, moderator/leading speaker may invite the questions in between the session also based on the mutual understanding.

Q: Is there a Moderator in Panel Discussion? Who is he and what is his role?

Yes. Moderator is one of the (leading) speakers in Panel Discussion mutually selected by other speakers. We usually connect all the panel speakers in advance of the conference by email so they can plan their moderator (leader), session, timings, format etc. His primary role is to lead the session by introduction, time management and inviting questions from the participants.

Q: How can I become a Speaker in any of your conferences worldwide?

Q: How does the One-on-One Meeting tech tool work?

We upload the event participants list with adequate info onto this tech tool and give you the access. You login and see the names and designations of all participants in the event. You simply shortlist the top potential clients and send them the messages (with your brief profile) for scheduling your meetings with them. They accept it and the meetings automatically get calendared between both the parties. Our onsite teams assist you on the event day for meetings in a separate area. This is an important tool because you cannot exchange your cards with all participants attending the event. This tech tool helps you selecting the top potential clients and fixing your meet with them.

Q: What is the difference between Standard and Premium Exhibition Space?

Payment Terms:

  • Once we receive the payments, your sponsorship booking will be confirmed in writing by us. In case, payment is not made to us within time, the booking will be released for other sponsoring partners, unless prior arrangements in writing are made with us.
  • We only offer you the marketing platform to connect you with other participants.
  • This proposal is valid for limited period and subject to change without notice.
  • In case of Payments in Indian Currency or India Event GST is applicable at 18% exclusive of above prices.
  • 100% payments to be made in advance so we can start servicing you asap.
    • ConfEx registration fee does not include the accommodation/travel – participants are responsible for booking this separately
    • The information/data/registration details you provide will be used by Events 4 Sure, a division of Excellect KPO Consultants Pvt. Ltd.     • Prices, subjects, speakers and venues can change with time without notice. Events 4 Sure has the right to change, amend or cancel any of the ConfEx program without any prior notice to anyone.

Cancellation/Substitution/Adjustment/Responsibility:

  • The participants not attending this ConfEx should inform Events 4 Sure 14 (fourteen) days prior to this ConfEx date in writing via email/fax of such intention, to avail the benefit of getting their 40% registration fee adjusted/appropriated (60% will be retained against administration charges, prearrangement charges) towards any future Events 4 Sure events otherwise no registration fee shall be adjusted/appropriate towards any future Events 4 Sure events. The credit voucher will be issued which will be valid for a maximum period of one year from the date of issue.
  • The substitution is allowed without any extra charges if the same is notified to Events 4 Sure by 01 March 2018 provided that the total registration Fee for this ConfEx has already been paid. If the substitution notice is received by the Events 4 Sure after 01 March 2018, substitution shall be allowed only after payment of admission fee of 25% of the total registration fees.
  • No registration/sponsorship fee shall be refunded in any event and in any manner whatsoever and only credit vouchers will be issued as per the aforesaid terms and conditions which can be redeemed prior to their expiry, in any future Events 4 Sure events.
