House Rules for Exhibitors (Vendors):

• Vendor shall be allowed entry to the Exhibition area at 7 AM onwards on the day of event to enable them to position their materials.

• Vendors should co-operate with the organizers in adhering to the Exhibit Set-up and Dismantling Times

• Vendors shall not damage the property of the Event venue or any portion thereof. In case of any such damage, the responsible vendor shall be liable for such loss to Events 4 Sure/Venue authorities.

• Vendors are advised not to enter into each other’s exhibition space or take temporary charge of each other’s space.

• Vendors must take care of their belongings and gadgets that they bring into their space during the days of the Event.

• Events 4 Sure shall not entertain any claim for damage of any gadget/other equipment of any Vendor.

• Vendors must maintain an atmosphere of utmost dignity and healthy competition.

We highly recommend that you bring your event marketing and promotional materials with you on the day of the event.
