    No, there is no cost for general counsels or experts invited by Events 4 Sure to speak. The only requirement is to qualify through our speaker qualification process. Law firm partners, service providers, and legal tech vendors are required to pay a sponsorship fee for speaking opportunities.
  • How can I become a Keynote Speaker in the Opening Session?
    Keynote Speakers are selected based on their extensive industry experience and expertise. The Opening Keynote Session is a significant part of our events and is reserved for speakers with substantial qualifications.
  • Where can I find the agenda and the list of existing speakers for the event?

  • How can I choose the topic for my speaking session?
    If a topic hasn't already been proposed, you can select from the published agenda subjects on the event website. Alternatively, if you'd like to speak on a related topic, simply inform us of the topic and key points, and we'll incorporate it appropriately.
  • What kind of brand visibility do speakers receive?
    Speakers enjoy prominent brand visibility on our event website, in marketing materials, presentations, brochures, testimonials, promotional videos, and across our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Additional post-event brand visibility is also available.
  • Will there be a pre-event connection call with co-panelists?
    Yes, close to the event, we will facilitate a connection call for you to engage with your co-panelists and collaboratively plan the discussion flow.

    No, there's no requirement for a PowerPoint presentation during these sessions. Your expertise and insights on the topic will be sufficient to educate the event audience. Each speaker will share their experiences in their respective domains.

    The Moderator's responsibilities include: Leading panel collaboration and introducing the subject. Requesting speaker intros and guiding the session flow. Speaking on the session topic, drawing from personal experience. Managing session time effectively.

    No, our primary focus is on fostering meaningful in-person interactions, particularly with legal professionals.
  • How can I share my marketing materials with event delegates?
    As part of branding opportunities, your marketing materials such as presentations, white papers, articles, brochures, knowledge papers, and gifts are collected in advance of the event. These materials are published online in one place, and invitations are sent to all attendees to access them during the event.
