The Opening Keynote Session provides a prime opportunity to engage with a substantial audience and leave a lasting impression on the event's attendees.
Ø The session lasts for 30 minutes, ensuring a concise and impactful presentation.
Ø You have the flexibility to present information about your organization's products, offered services, or even conduct a product demonstration to engage the audience effectively.
Ø You can involve up to two speakers from your team, allowing for a comprehensive and dynamic presentation.
Ø You can deliver your presentation through a PowerPoint (PPT) to enhance the visual and informational aspects of your session.

The Exclusive Workshop takes center stage as a crucial component of the day's agenda, where all participants come together for an immersive learning experience. This workshop provides a unique opportunity to tap into the expertise of a Key Speaker on specific subjects. It features a Q&A session, making it one of the most highly anticipated sessions of the day, right from the beginning. The Exclusive Workshop offers an exceptional chance to connect with a substantial audience and create a lasting impact on the event's attendees.
Ø The workshop duration is 30 minutes, ensuring a concise yet impactful presentation.
Ø The Exclusive Workshop can be scheduled during various time slots, including morning, afternoon, or evening.
Ø You have the flexibility to present information about your organization's products, services, or even conduct a product demonstration, all aimed at effectively engaging the audience.
Ø Up to two speakers from your team can be part of this dynamic and comprehensive presentation.
Ø You can deliver your presentation using a PowerPoint (PPT), enhancing both the visual and informational aspects of your session.

This exclusive presentation is a unique opportunity only available to your organization. It occurs between panel discussions during the conference program, allowing you to showcase your services/products to a select group of participants. You can also have up to 02 speakers from your team.

The Round Table Speaker Opportunity allows speakers to showcase their expertise to the event audience through engaging discussions. This format enables multiple speakers to share industry insights on a relevant topic, followed by a Q&A session.
Ø Each Collaborative Round Table Discussion is scheduled to last for approximately 40-60 minutes. However, please note that the exact duration may be adjusted depending on the number of speakers involved.
Ø While we provide suggested bullet points for each session's discussion, we encourage speakers to add/contribute their own relevant bullet points as well. Speakers’ insights and expertise are highly valued, and we want to ensure the discussion is comprehensive and insightful.
Ø Speakers have the freedom to share their knowledge and insights on any of the bullet points discussed during the session. This open approach allows for a more dynamic and engaging discussion.
Ø Close to the event, we will facilitate an email introduction between the session speakers. That email will serve to discuss the flow of the discussion and determine the session's moderator.
Ø No PPT required. We will have just one slide with the topic, the bullet points of the agenda, panelist photos, names and organizations, to be used over the screen during the discussion.

Our event includes a unique feature called "Speed Networking Meetings," which bring together Connecting Counsel, Law Firm Partners, and Service Providers. Initially, all participants are invited to introduce themselves using a microphone, allowing everyone to familiarize themselves with each other in the conference hall on the morning of the event.
Following this introduction, attendees are encouraged to actively participate in dynamic speed networking sessions. They are prompted to stand up, engage with peers seated nearby, exchange business cards, and delve into meaningful discussions. There are no limitations on whom participants should interact with; everyone is encouraged to engage with each other within the designated timeframe, facilitating the exchange of contacts and discussions on potential opportunities.

Our Informal Introductions & One-on-One Meetings service offers a platform for cultivating meaningful connections. A week prior to each event, you'll receive a confirmed attendee list. From there, you can select up to 3X individuals you're keen on meeting. We ensure X introductions, maintaining a 3:1 ratio. On the event day, our dedicated relationship manager will facilitate introductions between you and your selected contacts, optimizing networking possibilities.

It provides an exclusive area for exhibiting your services/solutions, holding meetings, networking, and conducting business demonstrations. Each exhibitor will get Tabletop 6x2 Sq. Ft (approx) along with two chairs and one electric socket. Please feel free to personalize and arrange them to suit your specific needs.

Depending on your service package, you can access various services, including a 6X2 sq ft. table top exhibition space, speed networking meetings, branding opportunities, delegate passes, and access to the delegates list.

Standard Exhibition Space includes a 6X2 sq ft. table top with 2 chairs and power supply. Premium Exhibition Space offers double the space and is located in the most visible area of the exhibition and networking zone.

Exhibit Set-up and Dismantling Time- Set-up time: 07:00 AM onwards & Dismantling time: 05:00 PM
House Rules for Exhibitors (Vendors): • Vendor shall be allowed entry to the Exhibition area at 7 AM onwards on the day of event to enable them to position their materials. • Vendors should co-operate with the organizers in adhering to the Exhibit Set-up and Dismantling Times • Vendors shall not damage the property of the Event venue or any portion thereof. In case of any such damage, the responsible vendor shall be liable for such loss to Events 4 Sure/Venue authorities. • Vendors are advised not to enter into each other’s exhibition space or take temporary charge of each other’s space. • Vendors must take care of their belongings and gadgets that they bring into their space during the days of the Event. • Events 4 Sure shall not entertain any claim for damage of any gadget/other equipment of any Vendor. • Vendors must maintain an atmosphere of utmost dignity and healthy competition.

We highly recommend that you bring your event marketing and promotional materials with you on the day of the event. You can distribute giveaways to the event delegates directly from your exhibition table. However, if you prefer to send your materials in advance of the event date, please use the following label format when sending your package:

The venue can only hold event materials for a maximum of one or two days prior to the event. Therefore, we kindly request that you send the package accordingly. Please note that the event organizer will not be held responsible for any misplacement or loss of your package. Prior to the event day, all materials will be placed in storage. On the day of the event, you may collect your materials from storage and take them to the event halls.
